To the Garland family,

Sorry to hear of Barbara’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. May cherished memories bring you comfort and peace.

Elizabeth, Phyllis & Families,

Cousin Joan Smith & Cousin Heather Wissler both emailed me with the sad news of dear Barb’s passing. I am so sorry to hear. Although miles separated us we kept in touch over the years. I always got excited when I received an envelope with very tiny writing on it as I knew it was from Barb! She often personalized her letters with special, colorful stickers. I’ve only been to NL a few times over the years but always got to see Cousin Barb and you too Phylllis and Geoffrey. Please accept my sincere sympathy and know you are held in prayer. “Don’t let the burden of having lost her overcome the joy of having had her”. What a treasure it has been to call her my cousin!
Our sympathy and our love at this difficult time,

Elizabeth, Phyllis and families,

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of dear Barb. She always brought a smile to my face and I have so many fond memories of her. She and Dad spent many a happy time teasing each other and laughing together. As Dad would say, she was his favourite cousin. Rest in peace, Barb. Our love and condolences to you all.

Deepest sympathy,

Joe and Heather (Morris) Wissler
