Carlos and I worked together many years ago at the Lester Hotel. He was a wonderful mentor to me. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Janette,

Carlos was my boss at the old lester hotel. Many yrs. Ago . He was so easy going . Rip my friend

Dear Mrs Presado, Carlos Jr and Janette .
Mr Presado was like a father to me .I have so many fond wonderful memories of him . Like picking up me , my brother and Michelle Dawe , every morning for school in his snappy grey Camaro , as patient as ever and always with a smile on his face .
He gave me my first job and introduced me into the grown up world of the workforce , again always patient and cheerful .
Too many times ,he and Mrs Presado took me in as one of their own, during my summer stays in Algarve , Portugal . Such wonderful memories of staying with them and the kindness and love they showed .
One of the best laughs i’ve ever had was being in a tiny compact standard rental car in Portugal, and him trying to navigate the challenging hilly portuguese roads…the colorful language and the hilarious laughs that followed !!! …Oh my !!!
Or being at a beach lookout when suddenly a bus of people got off , grabbed us all and out of nowhere started to dance a traditional jig with us ! oh my gosh the laughs , again !
He was a patient , caring , lovely gentleman, whom everyone loved and was drawn to .EVERYONE was his ” Amiga “, or ” Amigo ” .he loved people .
I will truly miss this wonderful man, cherish the memories of him and reflect always with fondness on how he affected my life in so many positive and loving ways . My very deepest , heartfelt condolences..I hope he ‘s having a drink with Dad and his friends and may this wonderful Soul , Rest In Peace . Love Anita

I first met Carlos at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital when he was the Manager of Food Services. At that time we had over 300 patients and food was prepared and served to them with meal choices provided with a daily menu. A cafeteria served many staff and visitors and it too had a variety of choices. The food was cooked on site and was delicious. Carlos coordinatated all of that!
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the death of a wonderful man. Carlos was a man who cared for others. He was warm and friendly and confident. He made anyone who came into his presence feel welcome and important. May he now enjoy the warm presence of his God and the joy and peace of eternal life. Blessings through him to his wife and family.

Carlos and Presado family, please accept our deepest condolences during this difficult time. Debby & Tony Andrews

Janette, Adelia and Carlos Jr., I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your dear father and husband Carlos. He will be missed by all his friends and family and certainly Anita and I are sorry to hear of your loss.

The Portuguese community have always been wonderful to me making me feel like family. I was lucky to have two Mr. “P” ‘s in my life ; Mr. Pinto and Mr. Presado. Both wonderful kind men who were so generous, supportive and kind. I know Anita and her friends all to this day thought of Mr. Presado as a second father and a big part of their lives and memories.

Please accept my sincere condolences on your loss I am so sad that he has passed on. I wish your family all the best for the future, God bless.
