Harold, We were deeply saddened to learn of Dianne’s passing. Our thoughts are with you and your fafily at this time. Dennis & Ann

I am so saddened to learn of Dianne’s passing. We both worked for ~15 years at DoJ.
She had an incredibly infectious joie de vivre, a beautiful smile, shared loving anecdotes about Anna and Jason, and was the ultimate fashionista. She introduced me to the colour ‘periwinkle’ when I once complimented her on her ‘blue’ dress and to the wonderful works of Georgia o’Keeffe.
Sleep gently and peacefully, Dianne. Deepest sympathy and prayers of healing to her family.

I remember her beautiful smile, anecdotes about Anna and Jason, (she was so proud of both), and admired her incredible joie de vivre. To this day, I think of her whenever I see the colour ‘periwinkle” – which she explained when I complimented her on her ‘blue’ dress. She also introduced me to the works of Georgia O’Keeffe. Sleep sweetly and gently, Dianne. My deepest condolences and prayers of healing.to her family.

Dear Mrs. Fraser, Harold, Anna and Jason, Dianne’s brother and their families,
Dianne was a well-respected member of the Department of Justice who acted as our departmental solicitor. She invariably brought her sharp mind and best advice to all meetings and actions on our behalf. ALWAYS the best-dressed in the room, she also wore a bright smile, no matter how knotty the issue and divided the positions. Many colleagues have contacted me today and wish to add their heartfelt condolences to my own. I also came to appreciate her outside of work, especially in her love of gardens. Her strong spirit, shared with so many, and living in her children, will ever flourish.

I will remember Dianne as a kind and generous person, who never had a negative word for anyone. During my years at Justice, we shared many stories when our children were small. Her delight in her children was infectious, and always left me with a smile. Please accept my deepest condolences.

Harold, Anna, Jason, & Family,

We have always valued your family as treasured friends and wonderful company, and we mourn beside you despite the distance between us. Diane will always be a light, remaining special in our hearts and reveling in her smile, warmth, and kindness.

May your love and memories strengthen you, now and always. We will reach out at the right time.
