Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home in the presence of his family on March 17, 2018; Edgar LeGrow of Bauline in his 92 year. Predeceased by his wife Ada and precious daughter Maureen. Leaving to mourn his son and soul mate Blake as well as nieces, nephews and friends: notable his lifelong friend Harvey LeGrow. A special recognition to Bill and Loretta Mitchell, Rev Bill and Lillian Williams, and Shelly Murray for their sincere care and attention toward him, allowing him to stay in his house to the end. Special thanks to the staff of St. Patrick’s Mercy Home for their loving care. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, St. John’s, on Sunday, March 18 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., Monday, March 19 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, March 20 from 10 a.m. – 12 noon. Funeral service will be held at the Bauline United Church on Tuesday, March 20 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Bauline United Church Cemetery. Donations in Edgar’s memory may be made to Bauline United Church, Bauline.
