To Bob, Marilyn, Lorraine and all the Marsh Family: Boyd and I are deeply saddened to learn of Mr. Marsh’s recent passing. He was such a kind, soft-spoken man who was always respectful of others. It was a pleasure to have worked for him as taxi dispatcher for 10 years 1991-2001 here in St. John’s. Our sincerest sympathy is extended to all of you as you mourn his loss. We pray for God’s peace to sustain you in this time of sorrow.

I had a casual relationship- with Edgar, having met him several times “on the road”, and always made a point of saying hello when I did. A great guy. I share my sorrows with his family and friends as they mourn for him this week, but more importantly, celebrate his life. You all have great memories of Edgar. Keep those wheels rolling.
Most sincere sympathy,

Sorry to hear of Edgar’s passing. I considered him a true friend. Deepest sympathy Roger Fitzgerald

Thoughts and prayers are with the family. I had the pleasure serving Mr Marsh. He stopped by often at Motor Vehicle Registration. He truly was a gentleman … Never complained about the wait times even though he was on a schedule himself.
May he fly with the angels. Rest In Peace Mr Marsh.

Traveled many times from St. John’s to Bonavista and from Bonavista to St. John’s with Edgar back in ’99 and 2000. He loved to talk with the passengers on just about anything. When it was just down to a few passengers, he liked talking about current government and comparing to government in the past. My condolences to his family
