To all of the family, I want to say that we were greatly saddened to hear of Aunt Betty’s passing. I know that nothing but time will ease the sense of loss, but you can take comfort in the fact that she is back in the company of both God and uncle Val. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Our sincere condolences on the loss of your mother, and may you find comfort in the memories and the love that will be with you always.

So sorry to learn of Betty’s death. She was a lovely lady. It was just a couple of weeks ago while on my walk up McNiven Place I wondered how Betty was doing. I was a neighbour for a few years and I played bridge with her a few times. I remember her walking quite often.
Please accept my sincere condolences.

Valerie, Curtis, Randy, Calvin, Adele and Blair. The Butlers from “across the street.” wish to pass on our deepest sympathies to you all. Our most cherished childhood memories were on McNiven Place. The old dirt road that had to be oiled with the tractor, later paved. The fragrant smell of your mother’s bread on a sunny morning, eating crisp rhubarb from the garden or playing Rummoli and Monopoly in the shed in the back yard. Even stealing crab apples on “Gramps farm.” I know mom and dad always considered Betty and Val as friends, not just neighbours, and are saddened to hear of Betty’s passing. Leah spent years visiting, then years living on McNiven Place, and has fond memories as well. Our thoughts are with you all.

Blair and family, so very sorry for the loss of your mom. She was a very sweet lady and I remember her fondly. My thoughts an prayers are with all of you. Cherish your memories.

Randy , Curtis and family. So sorrow to hear of your Mom’s passing. Words will never ease the sorrow but take comfort in the memories.
