Obituary
Passed peacefully away at Hillcrest Estates on January 20th,2020
Predeceased by his parents John & Joan Kean and his brother Jimmy Kean. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife Barb (Fowlow); daughter Marquita (Dean Joy); son Scott Kean (Laura); Grandchildren: Terrilynn (Mark), Stephanie (Les), DJ (Megan), Joshua (Kayla) and Alicia and 5 Great grandchildren; Brothers: Brendan Kean (Theresa), Brian Kean (Marie) BC; Sisters: Helen Miller, (USA), Linda (Tony Hawco). Sister-in-laws Rosiland (Derrick Martin) & Marilynn Kean (Kitchener, Ont); Barbs sons: Gary Crocker (Dianne), Chesley Crocker (Rosemary); and a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. George Fox, Drs & Nurses of the Dialysis dept. & Dr. Sheila McGrath. Jim & Marg Brewer & Edward Murrins. Very special thanks to Brendan & Theresa for all your help and support and for being there every step of the way through Eric’s illness. Thank you to Hillcrest Estates for the compassion and care to Eric over the last few months. Cremation has taken place by Carnell’s Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be from Mary Queen of the World Catholic Church on Monday, January 27 at 1:30 p.m. No flowers by request. At Eric’s request donations can be made to the local Heart & Lung Association.

Don’t cry for me now I’m gone, For I am in the land of song. There is no pain, there is no fear So dry away that silent tear. Don’t think of me in the dark and cold, for here I am, no longer old.
