Dwyer, Evelyn – Passed peacefully away on Monday, October 3rd, 2016 at the Health Sciences Centre after a brief illness, Evelyn Dwyer, aged 85 years. Predeceased by her parents, Philip and Florence Dwyer; brothers, Leonard and Eric Sr.; sisters: Jean, Helen, and Edna; Leaving to mourn nephew Eric Jr. and family in B.C.; special friend Reg Thorne, and Twila her friendly visitor from the Seniors Resource Centre. Special thanks to the staff of Pleasant View Towers for the care and support she received during her stay and especially to Steve Angell. Cremation has taken place at her request. There will be no visitation, but there will be a funeral service taking place on Thursday, October 6th, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel, 329 Freshwater Road. With inurnment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Seniors Resource Centre.
