Deepest sympathy to Paul and family,we were shocked to hear that George had passed away,he was a very quiet and nice man. May his gentle soul Rest In Peace

My very sincere condolences to you Paul and your family. As you know I’ve known George for many years from the skating days at the Stadium. When my daughter was in a car accident, he gave us one of his cars while mine was getting fixed. We chatted on the phone just late January before we left for our winter vacation. Take care and God bless.

Another wonderful man has moved on to a better place. We met at Bishops High School and in later years were neighbours in Goose Bay. May you, Paul .and all of your families remember the good times
Respectfully, Gord Barnes

I am so sad to learn of the untimely passing of George.
We were co-workers for many years
He was a quiet gentle man who always had a smile and time for short chats later in life once he retired.
May his soul R.I.P.

To George’s brother and family, please accept my deepest condolences on your loss. I have known George for many years and there wasn’t a finer person to know. I only spoke with George a couple of weeks ago where he told me about his fall. I had the honour to also have worked with your late mother at Giant Mart many years ago. George is resting with your parents in heaven. God give you all strength at this sad time. May George RIP.
