Gerald Christopher Dawe P.Eng. Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Monday July 4, 2016; aged 62 years. Predeceased by his parents Eric and Evelyn Dawe. Leaving to mourn his wife Beverley, children Renée Pelley (Trent), Heather Tobin (Blair) and Andrew (Stephanie Woods), cherished grandchildren Brooklyn, Madison, Meagan, McKenzie, Jacob, Emily and Kylie, brother Geoff Dawe (Donna), special relatives; his mother-in-law Evelyn Newman, Marilyn Rex and Eric Parsons and his beloved dog Brandy. Remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and a large circle of friends. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Clare’s 6 East and Dr. H Bliss Murphy Centre for their care and compassion. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Tuesday, from 7p.m. – 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Michael’s and All Angels Church on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow in Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Michael’s and All Angels Church.
