Obituary

Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park at the age of 74 years on November 14, 2020.  Predeceased by his beloved wife Sheila Antle (2017), father Edward Antle, mother Elizabeth Antle.  Left with a lifetime of fond and loving memories his children Jim (Bernadette), Blair (Sandee), and Colleen (Leon); grandchildren Maggie, Jack, Dylan, Logan, Rebecca, and Jesse; siblings Madonna and Frances; his special dogs Sally and Spot. Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.  The family would like to extend their gratitude to the ICU, 7West and 4West teams of St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, and the nursing staff at the L.A. Miller Centre for their exceptional care during his time there, and for the care provided by the nursing staff at Chancellor Park.  The family will receive visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Wednesday, November 18 from 11am-9pm.  Funeral will be held from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, November 19 at 1pm.  For those unable to attend, the funeral service will be live-streamed.  Please contact the family for the link to access the service.  Private family interment will be held in St. Philip’s Anglican Cemetery, St. Philip’s.  Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
