“To my daughter, Maddie!”

A Letter from Heaven

When tomorrow starts without me,

And I’m not here to see,

If the sun should rise and find your

eyes, filled with tears for me.

I wish to much you wouldn’t cry,

The way you did today,

While thinking of the many things,

We didn’t get to say.

I know how much you love me,

As much as I love you,

And each time you think of me,

I know you’ll miss me too.

When tomorrow starts without me,

Don’t think we’re far apart,

For every time you think of me,

I’m right there in your heart.

Love “Dad”

So sorry for your loss. I went to school with Jim from elementary though to high school. he was always kind to me . We lost tack of each other over the years until about 2 years ago. My mother was in the hospital and while I was there visiting her, Jim came in to clean her room. I knew he looked familiar ( it was 30 years since I last saw him. Once he realized who I was and who my mother was we did some catching up. He made my mom’s stay in the hospital (12 days) bearable for her. He visited her every day that he worked. Such a kind family man. He spoke fondly and proud of his wife and daughter. Rest easy Jimmy. You were one of the good ones!

Evelyn, there is that loving bond of a husband and wife. That love lives on in us forever…..no matter what. It is such a difficult time but please believe that you have a lot of people who care deeply for you. Lean on your family and friends virtually or by telephone to help you through the hurt and grief you are feeling. Take care of Maddie and lean on each other for emotional support.. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Spry family,
We just heard of Jimmy’s passing. We are very sorry for your loss. It has been a while since we saw him but we can’t help reflect on his good nature. He was always a good neighbour to us. He always seemed to be in good spirits and be there for a quick conversation or a helping hand. We want to send our deepest sympathy and condolences. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Evelyn & Madison

I don’t know what to say about Jim’s passing, I was taken back. I am so sorry for your loss, Jim was a special man and I met him through work. You both were expecting Madison and the day she was born was the proudest day of his life, he couldn’t wait to let me know. As time went on the love he had for you both was overwhelming, there was no one else on his world only his two girls. I am thinking about you both and wishing you blessings that will help you through the days and weeks ahead. God Bless ????????
