Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Judith (Judy) Ann Snow, Age 78. Judy passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends on May 15th, 2017. She is pre-deceased by parents Stella and Jack, brother John, and furry companion Petie. Judy was a loving and caring person to all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her children Jo-Anne, Jeffery (Penny), and Alan. She will be greatly missed by grandchildren Julie, Jessica, Megan and Andrew, who all stole her heart. Also missed by Maxine, Olga, and many extended family, friends, and co-workers. As per her request, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday 18, 2017 from 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held on Friday May 19, 2017 at 2 pm in the Carnell’s Chapel. A special thanks to all staff at ATP and 4NA Health Science Centre, and the Miller Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.

I have fond memories of Judy both at Gander International & St. John’s International Airports plus knowing her & the family for a number of years since growing up on Golf & St. Clare Avenue. She always had a smile & a laugh as we exchanges stories during our many conversations, truly a wonderful lady. RIP.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of lovely, sweet Judy. I have many happy memories of days at Prince of Wales including countless hours spent skating where Judy was the Belle of the outdoor rink. Condolences to all her family.
