To Maurice, Tom, Sheila, Kathy, Mary and David,

I am very sorry to hear Aunt Kac passed away. I always loved visiting Aunt Kac and Uncle Maurice and exploring the Forest Rd. home….and the other side when Sheila and Mary weren’t there! The last time I visited the Forest Rd. home, I was a labourer working on the construction of the NewTel building. During lunch break I decided to hop the 7 foot fench to enter the Forest Rd. backyard and say hi to your folks. I was immediately cornered by two Doberman guard dogs. Your mom and dad sold the home prior to completion of the NewTel building! I found that out from the new owner who barked out a German command to Gunther and Adolf to back down from my crotch as I was backed against the fence. Anyway, I survived that one too and never went back because some Germans don’t seem to have a great sense of humor. I loved the company of both your mom and dad. Wow, Aunt Kac made it to 100 years! That likely is a Galway first!

John
