Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family at St. Patrick’s Nursing Home. Predeceased by her parents Cyril & Greta Leaman; brothers Cyril Jr. & Fred; and her parents in law Fred & Edith Taylor. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband William; their daughters Janet (Robert) and Jennifer (Carl); grandchildren William, Taylor, Callie (Cody), Jesse; great-grandchild Jaxon; siblings Marie, Arthur, Glad (George), & Kay (Bill); siblings-in-law Fred (Joan), Russell (Judy), & Judith (Ed); as well as many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a “thank you” to Dr. Ennis & the nursing staff at St. Patrick’s Nursing Home. Cremation has taken place, and a funeral service will take place from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, December 2nd at 2:00PM with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. No flowers by request – a donation may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Society.

It is such a sad occasion we are watching Lucy’s funeral service via live-streaming.
It is very unfortunate because of COVID 19 we are not attending in person.
Lucy was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and of all my family loved her dearly.

Taylor….to you and the girls, my deepest condolences. I fondly remember our times together on St. Michaels Ave, snowblowing, making swish, etc. Lucy was always a gratuitous lady and wonderful neighbour.

I met Lucy 4 years ago. She was such a mild and gentle lady who even seemed to smile at you with her eyes. I loved hearing all the beautiful stories Bill would tell me about her. Thinking of you all at this sad time. Keep your precious memories close to your heart.
