Obituary

Marion Whalen of St. John’s NL passed away peacefully at home Monday October 3, 2016. Born September 23, 1934 to Lambert and Rita Williams of Woody Island. She is preceded by her parents and survived by her husband Heman, children Keith (Cindy), Rev. Gail Whalen-Dunn (Paul), Craig (Cathy); grandchildren Melanie (Heber), Tosha (Daniel), Jackson, Abby, Ashton & Candace (Daniel) and several great grandchildren. Siblings: Maude Lake (Ben), Eileen Snow (Ron), Vida Connors, (Maurice deceased), Wallace Williams (Audrey) Louise Bolt (Baxter). Special friends Beatrice Gillingham, Judy Barnes and Eileen Kelly. At Marion’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations in memory of Marion can be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or Easter Seals NL.
