Obituary

A beloved wife, mother and grandmother at 77 years of age, passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Center in St. John’s.  Predeceased by her husband, Frank and son, Frankie.   Leaving with loving memories are her children; Bill (Raylene), Chris and Paula (Paul); grandchildren, Hunter, Liam and Kyle and a large circle of relatives and friends.  Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, St. John’s, NL on Saturday December 24, 2016 at 11am – 2pm  with funeral service to follow at 2 pm from the Carnell Memorial Chapel. Interment at a later date.  As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.

So sorry to hear about Millies passing. She was a sweet woman and I enjoyed working with her. Condolences to you and your family.

Paula, Chris and Bill….. So very sorry to hear of your Moms passing…..She was a truely wonderful Lady, My self and alot of others always looked forward to seeing her back in the day, when we were hanging out up at the house. Your Mom was a true sweet heart!… always made me feel special and welcome, she made treated me as though II was part of the family. She will be missed among a large circle of friends. Condolences from my family to all of yours.

I have always considered Mildred to be a sister to me and am so grateful for the times we had growing up. I will always remember Mildred fondly and have wonderful memories of our younger years.

I am so sorry to hear about Millie’s passing. She looked after my cousin Maxine for several years. She was a very compassionate, kind and gentle lady. We were always happy when we knew that Millie was looking after Maxine as we knew she was well taken care of. My sincere sympathy to her loved ones.
