Obituary

On October 22, 2017 we sadly said goodbye to a dear brave courageous wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law and aunt, after a brief battle with cancer, that took us all by surprise. Missing her greatly are her loving, caring dear husband Allister, loving sons Brian, Anthony (Charlotte), beloved daughter Vanette (Trevor), dearest and sweetest granddaughters Natalie and Erin, precious grandson Hugo (Huey), sweetest sister ever Rosilan (Jack) and niece Karen, sister Irene (Bern), as well as many other family members, relatives and many treasured friends. At her request cremation has taken place and no visitation is arranged. A private interment service for the immediate family, to take place at a later date. Special thanks to her Community Health Care and Palliative Care Team and to Maple, her wonderful Home care worker.  In her memory, donations may be made to the SPCA.

To: Allister, Brian, Vanette & Anthony,

Seventeen years ago I was blessed with a new and beautiful friend, a strong, hardworking, extremely talented woman. Her friendly smile, welcoming ways, her thoughtfulness and love for other people and for life radiated through the goodness and generosity that was so much a part of her daily life. Our friendship blossomed and we shared so much of our lives.

It is with heavy hearts that Clayton and I extend deepest sympathy to his brother Allister, their children and grandchildren. May each of you find comfort in cherished memories of a wife, mother,, grandmother, sister and friend who was truly one of God’s very best.

I am so grateful for our shared friendship, Nellie, enjoy your well earned place in Heaven. It will be even more beautiful now that you are there to give it your special touch.

To Ros and the Penny family our sincere sympathy. Lenora, Dave & family
