Obituary
Passed away peacefully at his residence in St. Philip’s, on Sunday March 5, 2017, aged 71 years. Predeceased by his son Clarence, parents Robert and Marjorie, and brothers Douglas, Clarence and sister Laura. Leaving to mourn his sons Robert (Sarah), daughter-in-law Shelly, Liam (Alana) and Joe; sisters Rhoda (John), Edith, Lydia, Violet (Peter), Christine, Thelma, Carol (Lorne), brother-in-law Clyde, six granddaughters and one grandson and many nieces, nephews, as well as a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. The family will accept visitors on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 – 4 p.m., and 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March, 2017 at 2 p.m. from St. Philip’s Anglican Church, with interment to follow in the St. Philip’s Anglican Cemetery. Flowers graciously accepted, or donations in St Philip’s Anglican Church.

Just heard of Bob’s passing. So sorry to hear. I always found to be a quiet, friendly and funny person. Never passed without having a kind word to say. He will be missed. Sending positive energy to you all during this difficult time.
Lydia…very sorry to hear the sad news. Only knew Bob for a few years but enjoyed his company. You were a very good sister to him and I am sure he appreciated everything you have done for him. God Bless and take care.

Christine & family.. Deepest condolences on the loss of your brother Bob. I never knew Bob but I’m sure you all have good memories of him to see you through the coming days.
My sincere condolences to all of Bob’s family. Even though I haven’t seen him foor a long time I remember him very well., always smiling and willing to help out anyone who needed his assistance. My thoughts are with the Squires family as they gather to reminisce and share stories of times spent with Bob. Rest in peace.
