I cannot tell you how shocked and saddened we are after hearing of Rod’s passing. We extend our sincere condolences to you and the family. Memories are precious rely on them during this difficult time. May God give you strength.

Roddy made me laugh so much in high school he always had a way of putting a smile on your face even when you weren’t feeling up to it. Rest in peace Roddy, maybe you will run into my husband who passed away 3 years ago. I know the pain your family is going through as I still go through it today. I know that wherever you are you will help your family get through the hard times. My thoughts are with your family and my sincere condolences

So very sorry for your loss. Rod was a great man who I will sadly miss!

Sharon, Rebecca and family I can’t begin to tell you how shocked and saddened I was to hear this news. When Rod came back to work earlier in the month we went out for refresher training. We had a great afternoon doing what we do best “drive”. We took in our new route 30 before coming back into the city and the main core of our system. Of course we made a Tims stop I had to buy because according to Rod I make the big bucks ha ha. As we had a coffee we has a wonderful chat about work, his medical ordeal retirement and about the time I had Rebecca out for driving lessons. We ended the day on positive note with Rod going to return to full duties.. It was a wonderful session I won’t forget. Unfortunately I’m not able to attend the funeral home and service as I’m off work for medical reasons but my thoughts are with you. Sharon, Rebecca if there is anything I can do to help in this tough time don’t hesitate to call.
Godspeed Rod you were a great guy to work with and I loved your dry wit and humor

It was a shock to here of Rod’s passing. He was my gentle giant as a kid. I am a few years younger than him but spent much time over my younger years with him creating fond memories for our families. I certainly won’t forget Mr. Sooleys tree that I jumped from and he was supposed to catch me but missed – happy times. Many fond memories that will not be forgotten. He’s now back with his dad and sister looking down on us all with that big grin of his. May he rest in peace. All my prayers to your family.

Sharon & Rebecca, your family have been apart of my family for as long as I can remember. Sharon, both you & Rod have had such a enormous impact on my life. Rebecca has been a role model to Amelia, she wouldn’t have so many fantastic memories and experienced even more wonderful things she has cheerleading if not for beautiful Rebecca. You guys always went above and beyond to show me how much I was loved while I was growing up, and as I started my own family, you loved John and Amelia just as much. My life will not be the same, my heart never be whole, for there’s no one who could ever take Rod’s place. I’m profoundly sad. I hope you know that you are loved. Always.

Sharon, sending my sincerest condolences to yourself and Rebecca. I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of your husband’s passing! I know how difficult this is for you both and I am so very sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the love of family and friends. Hugs to you both!
