Obituary
On Monday March 8th, 2021 with deep sadness and much love we mourn the passing of our sister Tammy Quilty at the age of 51. She passed peacefully surrounded by her loved ones at the Health Sciences Centre after battling cancer.
Predeceased by her father James (Jim) Quilty, mother Theresa Quilty and grandmother Mildred Quilty.
She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Connie, brother Jamie, sister in law Sheri and pride and joy of her life, her nephews Spencer and Hunter. She always called them her ¨Little men¨. Everyone she met knew about Spencer and Hunter, she was so proud of them, they were her pride and joy! She will forever be an angel by their sides.
She will be dearly missed by her best friend Kelly Hynes, her soul sister of 40 years. We want to express tremendous gratitude to Kelly and her family for all that they have done over this past year! Also, Patricia White her friend/coworker and travel buddy and lastly family, friends, and relatives, we are truly grateful.
Tammy was a beautiful soul, whose smile would light up a room, she always had style class, and she enjoyed life! She loved to travel, read, trying exotic foods, the thrill of an amusement ride was a must (many of those rides where shared with her side kick thrill seeker nephew, Spencer) and of course the Toronto Maple Leafs, she was their number 1 fan!! She had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone. She was an angel of the earth, and impacted lives around her, she had a heart of giving! Her family was her world! Her love radiated and will live forever!

To all of Tammy’s family and friends, I’m so very sorry to hear of Tammy’s passing. Tammy was a force, someone you could not ignore. At CK, I got to know her during our last year and half especially well. Tammy was someone who could scare you, make you laugh, share a good theory with, talk about the Leafs, and always sharing stories of her boys. There was no BS or pretense. But when you were authentic with her, she was a great coworker and had your back. Tammy I’m really sad you’re gone.
