Obituary
Passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at the Palliative Care Unit on September 25, 2019 at the age of 83. William was predeceased by his parents Albert and Evelyn, and brothers Walt, Tom, Baxter and Robert.
Leaving to mourn his loving wife Irene of 62 years, his son Terry Noftall (Susan), daughter Kathy Rodden (Steve); grandchildren Caitlin, Zachary, Mark and Julia; great-grandchildren Grayson and Cohen; siblings Bonnie Martin-Alderson, Mary Chafe and Val Martin. William is also remembered by a large circle of family and friends. Special thanks to Barb Rodden who has been a dear friend and support to both Bill and Irene over the years.
Cremation has taken place. Please join us on Saturday, October 19th at 2 p.m. at the United Cemetery, Upper Gullies to celebrate a life that touched so many. Following the graveside service, family and friends are invited to a reception at 115 Greenslade’s Road, CBS. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.
