Although I have not seen “ Mr. Bugden” in many years I think of him often. When my family first moved to CBS he was our neighbour. We laughed at his prediction of a highway going through his living room! I think of him every time I travel Peacekeepers Way over Anchorage Road! R.I.P. Mr. Bugden. Deepest condolences to his family.

Thoughts and prayers to you Florence and the rest of your family. May he soar with the Angel’s. RIP Frank.
