My deepest sympathy on the passing of Max.

Aunt Juanita, Jill and Michael
I love you and send my you my heartfelt sympathies.
Growing up Nan was the kindest and gentlest person I had ever known and I adored her; how she would give you everything she had and never had an unkind word for anybody. As I spent time with U Mac as an adult I saw that he had inherited her best qualities and this made him the best Husband, father, brother, son, friend, and uncle that one could ask for and he will be sadly missed by all.

I will always cherish the days on the golf course with you Uncle Mac and they will remain as some of my fondest memories.
I love you and will miss you.

David

Aunt Juanita, Micheal and Jill,
So sorry to hear of Uncle Max’s passing. Please be assured of our thoughts and prayers for you.

Aunt Juanita, Jill and Michael, I fell blessed to have known Uncle Mac, he was a true gentlemen. As I reflect on the nearly 28 years I knew him, the one word that keeps coming to mind is “love”, a man full of love. Love of his Church and Church community; love of outdoors, I reflect on his stories of canoeing adventures with friends and hunting with his brother; love of his siblings and friends; love of Spread Eagle, his place of escape; love of laugher and even laughing at himself; love of his children, unconditional love; and I can’t speak of love without saying a man who was still in love to the end.
When I hear words from Corinthians Chapter 13 in the future, I will think of Uncle Mac: “Love is patient, love is kind, It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.”
When you awaken tomorrow, you will feel and remember that love.
God bless. See you soon.
