Obituary

On August 17 at 1:06 P.M., in the presence of his loving family, Clarence Charles Sullivan, of Pouch Cove, slipped peacefully from his earthly life.

Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Elsie, brother, Harold (Edith) and his precious son, Raymond.

He has left behind to share many wonderful memories: Bernice, his cherished wife for sixty-nine years; daughter Roslyn; grandson Bradley Young (Dianne); and two loving great-grandchildren, Nathan and Nicholas; also, a devoted sister-in-law, Lois Noseworthy (Charles deceased); niece, Lois O’Keefe (Patrick) and nephew, Paul Sullivan (Doris).

The family will be receiving visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 20, from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. Funeral service will take place at All Saints Anglican Church, Pouch Cove, on Wednesday, August 21 at 2:00 P.M. Interment will take place at All Saints Anglican Cemetery following the funeral service.

Flowers will be greatly accepted or donations to his memory may be made to All Saints Anglican Church, Pouch Cove.

Bernice and Roslyn

My condolences to you and your family on the passing of Clarence. I’ll always remember you as two of Mom and Dad’s friends. When our paths crossed it was always a pleasure to chat. Sorry to have missed the wake/funeral. Elizabeth and I are out of the province..

Sorry we cannot attend the funeral home as we are flying out of the province tomorrow’s morning.
