Susan and family
Sorry to learn of mom’s passing. We have nice memories of your family when the Millers lived next door and played with the Miller boys.
We are sure you have many happy memories to sustain you at this sad time

To all the ‘Hynes’ family. We extend our condolences on the passing of your mum, grandmother, and great- grandmother. We loved living across from Eileen for a decade and in turn getting to know all of you in some way. She beamed with love whenever she talked of you. We shall miss our always spirited discussions about politics and issues of the day, her laugh, and of course her smile.
Love, Carolyn and Gloria

Eileen gave me a home away from home in the sixties, when I was a teacher. at Mercy College. While visiting St. John’s last summer, I had a wonderful visit with her and we were able to walk down memory lane.. Thank you Eileen for your kindness to me..

Susan and family,
We are so very sad to hear of your mom’s passing. Your Janeway family is thinking of you and your family at this very difficult time.

My favorite Auntie. After her sister In law, my Mother Jean Dewling passed, Auntie Eileen was my go to strong smart woman. From my early childhood years into my mature years, Auntie Eileen was always there to be sad with me, laugh with me and to give sound advice. I was fortunate to have spent time with her these past couple of years and remained astounded and respectful of her wit and knowledge. As a Spencer girl from another generation she would always bring me back to expected behaviors and she did it with joy and strength. A wonderful life handled so very well with help from her close and extended family. Fred and I will miss her terribly but keep Grand memories close to our hearts. Love you Aunt Eileen
