Francis Oliver

Passed away suddenly at the Health Sciences Centre, December 24^th, 2016, Francis Hugie Oliver, aged 66 years. Predeceased by his parents Genevieve and Peter; daughter Lisa; sisters Sheila and Linda; brother Johnny; and brother-in-law Clarence Squires. Leaving to mourn his spouse Evelyn; daughters Stephanie and Kimberly; son Todd; brothers Wayne, Gary, and Bob (Sue); sisters, Debbie (Ed); brother-in-law Dave Martin; the McCarthy family and friends; as well as a large circle of in-laws, family, and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Health Sciences Centre for their exceptional care and support duing his time there. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 1045 Topsail Road. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, December 27^th, 2017, from 2 – 4 p.m and 7 – 9 p.m, and Wednesday, December 28^th, 2016 from 2 – 4 p.m and 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Holy Family Parish on Thursday, December 29th, 2016 at 10 a.m, with interment to follow in the St. Thomas of Villnova Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted, or donations in Francis’ memory may be made to the Kidney Association, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
