Obituary

Passed peacefully away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Health Sciences Centre in the presence of his loving family Frank Keith Tizzard, Sr., age 70 years.

Pre-deceased by parents Frank and Gladys (Reid), brother Noel (Geraldine deceased), sister Elizabeth Tilley and step father Leo Cleary.

Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 50 years, Rosemarie (nee Kennedy), children Peg (Terry Mercer); Keith; Paul (Paula Hedderson); Sherry (Larry Walsh); (Step), Kathleen Kennedy; Grandchildren Leo, Stephanie, Kathy; Step-grandchildren Shaleen Kennedy and Larry Canning (Walsh); brother Basil Clearly (Denise); sisters Carol Furlong (Brian) and Adrea Rose (Peter); brother-in-law Bruce Tilley.  Special friends Hayward Spurrell and Gerald Scott, and a very large circle of family and friends.

Visitation will be at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Saturday, December 15 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, and Sunday, December 16 from 10 am – 12:00 noon from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  Funeral Service will be held from The Carnell Memorial Chapel on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 2 pm.  Cremation will follow.  Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to a Charity of one’s choice.

Basil, Andrea & Families, so very sorry to read of Keith’s passing. My sincerest condolences. We lived across the street from you on Mayor Ave and I remember both of you, Keith & Noel when we were growing up. Many good memories.

We are saddened to hear of Mr Tizzards passing, we will always remember him as the happy funny kind caring friend. A beautiful soul is never forgotten.

Mother Tizzard,Keith, Peggy,Paul and family Mr.Tizzard came into my life as well as the rest of your family I had such great laughs with my “boyfriend” loved his jokes and will treasure his wood work. I will miss him greatly my prayers are with you all

Marie and Family. A lot of memories came to mind today as I read the news of Keith’s passing. Game of cards. Mary Browns. And More Laughs than I can remember. Please know you are my thoughts and prayers.

Condolences to his family, I worked with Frank at Janes’ Service Station in the mid 70’s, always got along with both Frank and his brother Noel, always had a laugh or two with them, RIP
