Obituary
Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Sabbath Saturday, January 20, 2018. Left with loving memories her husband Shimon, daughters Jessica and Lauri and son Sasha, brothers Mike and Don and sisters Elaine and Nina. No visitation. Shiva will be held at 17 Churchills Rd., Portugal Cove – St. Philip’s during the week of January 21st. In lieu of flowers donations in Lin’s memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Centre. A memorial service will be held on Feb. 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the MUN Medical School Atrium (by Janeway).

Arlene and I send you our sincerest condolences on your wife’s passing. I have wonderful memories of her beautiful smile and cheerful continence. Shimon I know what you are going through as I lost my wife June in Sept 2012. May you be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem, and may you family be spared further sorrow

I just learned of Linda’s passing and I am so saddened by the news. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
Linda , as you know was a remarkable woman. I will always remember her positive spirit and energy and her willingness to include everyone in a conversation. Syd I am at a loss for words. I will miss her and am so grateful for her sharing her story to our medical students. They so enjoyed working with her.
