“Don’t weep at my grave,

For I am not there.

I’ve a date with a butterfly

To dance in the air.

I’ll be singing in the sunshine,

Wild and free,

Playing tag with the wind

While I’m waiting for thee.”

Nicole, Steve, Reagan and Dylan,

Brendan and I want you all to know you are loved in this time of grief, and always. The days ahead are difficult but your memories of Mom and Grandma will sustain you through the darkness of the valley. And when you get to the mountain top, you’ll feel the warmth of her love through the sunshine on your faces and know that she is still with you, residing in your hearts where she will be and has always been . XO

I met Maud 3 years ago at the cancer clinic . We just found out my dad stage 3 lung cancer . He was just starting his chemo .
