Obituary
Mike Joseph Quilty – June 1, 1937 to September 25, 2017- Peacefully passed during his sleep on September 25, 2017 after a long battle with cancer at the Palliative Care Unit, L. A. Miller Centre. He leaves behind his wife Ellen; son Michael and daughter Joann (Paul); along with his grandchildren: Desiree, Jenesa (mother, Tina) and James (father, Jamie). He also leaves behind his remaining living siblings: Nick, Carmel and Edward; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews and friends. Many thanks to the Nurses, Doctors and staff of the Palliative Care Unit, L. A. Miller Center for their wonderful support and care during this difficult time. Cremation has taken place. There will no Visitation or Funeral Service as per his request. Donations in Mike’s memory would be highly appreciated to Palliative Care Unit, L. A. Miller Center.
