Hi Fern , I was chatting with Gwen’s father today and he informed of Clouston’s passing. It’s been a long
struggle for both of you. Saying sorry seems a bit shallow but during this time of grief words don’t come easy.

So sorry to hear of Pastor Regulars passing. We have such found memories of him during our teen years here in Deer Lake. We probably didn’t make his life easy but we knew he loved us when he would just look with that grin and shake his head.
He truly helped shape our lives and love for Lord that we passed to our daughter and now grandchildren. We will cherish his memory forever and look forward to tormenting him again in heaven. Love and prayers to you all.

On behalf of your church family at Trinity Pentecostal Church, Baie Verte, we want to assure you that we are lifting you up in prayer at this time and in the days ahead. May the peace and presence of the Holy Spirit abide with you as you mourn the lose of such a special loved one.

To Fern & Family :
Take comfort in the Scripture in Isaiah 43:1-3 “When thou passéth through the waters I will be with thee, and through the rivers they shall not overflow thee… for I am the Lord your God . This tells you GOD will bring you THROUGH! HE will be with you all the way! That’s the GOD we serve.. Our love and prayers are surrounding you all today.
We have great memories of our blended ministries while pastoring in Deer Lake. We grew to love your family like our own. Clouston Sr. Was a devoted , loyal co -worker and a true soldier of the Cross.. We are sure he has heard The words “Well done thou good and faithful servant , enter thou into the joys of thy Lord”
God be with you FERN, you were one devoted wife and co-worker with him in ministry , rejoice, and look forward to that glad reunion day. Your friends , Joan & Paul Gibbon vacationing in Alberta.

To: Fern and Family, the Regular and Whitt Families,

So sorry to hear of Clouston’s passing. We want to express our deepest sympathy. We trust you will experience the comfort the Psalmist wrote about:

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” (Psalms 23:4)

“God is our refuge and strength. A very present help in trouble.” (Psalms 46:1)

We trust that His presence will be with you and His Word will sustain you.

We are thinking of you in this time of sorrow and remembering you in prayer.

If there is one thing which tells the story of who my Uncle Clouston was, it is the love and devotion of his family. Aunt Fern and their kids were so passionately dedicated to him through many years of trials, overcoming it all by their love for such a great man. I would like to extend my condolences while also sharing my hope; that in a little while Uncle Clouston will be waiting for us with Christ, standing tall and strong.

Sorry to hear about Uncle Clous’s passing. There is peace knowing where he is now and that he is in peace in God’s presence. So many happy memories of him growing up. But the one thing I can hear in my memories is how he chuckled and laughed. What a beautiful memory. We are praying for you over these next days, weeks, and months.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family today as you mourn the loss of Clouston. We know that he has fought a good fight, kept the faith and is now in the presence of the Lord. We rejoice with the hope of meeting again. Cherish your precious memories and God will sustain you.

I am very sorry to hear of Clouston’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May he rest in peace.

Fern and family,

Our deepest condolences. Rest assured we will all meet in a better place. When I think of Clouston the first thing that comes to mind is “there is a man whom there is no guile.” Dedicated, honest, compassionate, and above reproach only begins to describe him.

May not only the peace of God but the actual presence of the God of peace be there to comfort you.

Fern & Family:

Sorry to hear of the passing of your love one.
We first met Fern and Clouston while attending Bible College and became friends, than colleagues in ministry. Another Soldier of the Cross has gone home.
Hold on to the memories that you all have shared over the years, and hold on to God, He will uphold each one of you today and in the days to came.
Isaiah 46:4 “ I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you”.

Would love to have been with you today.

Fern & Family:
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of bereavement. What a ‘blessed hope’ we have and it’s all because of God’s amazing grace!!

Clouston will ever be remembered for his passion for God and for his family. Thankfully, because of his faith in Jesus Christ, the pain of today will be swallowed up by the resurrection power on the day when Jesus Christ appears to establish his eternal dominion on the earth. We are supporting you through our prayers at this difficult season.

Our hearts were saddened when we received the news of Pastor Regular’s passing. We have such wonderful memories of him when he pastored in Creston.
