Our hearts grieve with yours over the loss of your dad. Fond memories are of a quiet and caring man. Time goes by so silently and quickly, yet our love and memories last forever in our hearts.
Thinking of you all,

Dearest Olive and family, so very sorry to hear of your loss. Judy and I remember very well the kindness of both you and Roy throughout the time we rented an apartment in your home back in 1978. If I recall, we stayed there for approximately 8 years. You should know that we are both still together and often chat and wonder about you guys. Although we are very saddened to hear of Roy’s passing, we are also very happy to celebrate the long and happy life he has been given. much love to the entire Sansom family…Tom and Judy Kinsella

My father Fred Carter and his (now deceased) companion Mary Pike enjoyed a long time friendship with Roy and Olive and always spoke fondly of them. From my own experience, Roy impressed me as a kind and gentle man, and I admired the love and caring Roy and Olive diplayed toward each other.

On behalf of my father (now in long-term care) and myself I offer our sincere condolences to Olive and her children.

Olive and family, So very sorry to hear of Roy’s passing.. I have recollections of you and Roy back to when I was a little boy, and your friendship with mom and dad as I grew up. They often recalled the joy of going “up in the woods” with you and Roy for a boil up on crisp winter days.
Roy was a gentle man with a great sense of humour.
Our thoughts are with you.
