Obituary

 

Passed peacefully away at Pleasantview Towers, Stella Pauline Noseworthy, age 91 years. Predeceased by husband Edwin, parents Dorothy and Leslie Winsor, brothers Beaton, Leslie (Ivy deceased), Roland and son-in-law Greg Robins. Leaving to mourn daughters June (Max Crane), Edwina Robins, and Pamela Angel; son Paul (Debbie); 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn brother Bill Winsor (Alma) North Bay, Lloyd Winsor; sisters Alicia (Eric Rowe deceased), Jean (Hollis Janes deceased) Bramalea, Linda (Bill Moulton); brother-in-law Bert Noseworthy (Bessie); sister-in-law Dorothy (Robert Way), Edith Winsor, Grand bank and Joyce Winsor, Carbonear; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

At this time we would like to thank all the staff of 2 South East of Pleasantview Towers who took such loving care of our Mom.

Cremation has taken place.   Funeral service to be held on Thursday July 30 from the Carnell Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions funeral service will be by invitation only.

June, Edwina, Pam and Paul, we are saddened by the news of Aunt Stella’s passing we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Aunt Edith is living with us in Clarenville and she remembers Aunt Stella as a wonderful sister in law. She will cherish the memories of her for ever.

It was only a few weeks ago, I was looking through some old pictures and came across a picture of Debbie and Paul as well as a picture of Mr. and Mrs. Noseworthy. I think the picture was taken at your house in Corner Brook. We always enjoyed their company and pleasant smiles and laughter. Great memories that we will truly cherish.
