Obituary
Entered into rest on December 27, 2017, Violet Leslie Pike, aged 99 years. Predeceased by her husband Charles Allan, February 1983; her parents Marion and Richard King; sisters Lydia and Janet; brothers David and Edward. Leaving to mourn one son David (Yvonne), Portugal Cove; one daughter Dorinda Gail, Halifax, NS. Also, Three loving grandchildren Krista (Tim Coffey), Richard and Kimberley Thompson (Aaron); and two great grand children Clara Violet Thompson and Bennett Goodwin Thompson. As per Violet’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Donations in Violet’s memory may be made to the United Memorial Church, Portugal Cove.
Kim, it is amazing how much you look like your Nan when she was young and she was gorgeous. Hope your life can be lived as lovely and graciously as hers.

My deepest sympathy to the family ,violet was related to my dad Cecil king and I last saw her and spoke to her at his funeral .so sorry for your loss
