Ruby and Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. I will miss seeing that twinkle in his eye as he is about to tell me a joke that will likely make me blush and the kindness he has always shown me. Bill was a rock for my Dad on more than one occasion and for that I will always be grateful to both Bill and yourself. Deepest condolences. Bill will be missed. I hope to see you the next time I am at Dad and Jean’s for a visit.

It is with great difficulty that I write a condolence about my best friend since we were five years old and a friendship that did not cease until Thursday ,January 18 2018. Our usual phone calls and visits or lunch get together some times daily would bring us abreast with the latest news and sometimes with disagreements on both sides but always looked for our next call to get together. , no matter if we were apart, he in St. John,s and me in Florida..
Bill and I were always concerned about health , but his health was much more severe than mine, even though he was very concerned when I was having problems.
Bill was very helpful when June and Scott passed arranging with Wesley Church for plots and burials.
We complimented and disagreed with each other sometimes but were always very close fiends.
Bill ,with a tear in my eyes ,I will miss you greatly, but will continue with our great friendship forever. You have left your family in good hands and I know they will cherish all the memories .Good Bye.

Dear Bill,we will miss you!Bill certainly will be missed around Windermere!! He was a very intelligent, meticulous man who was willing to help anyone. If he did something,he did it with pride! When Bill was well,he put his heart & soul into Windermere & sometimes when he wasn’t so well. He helped with renovations, organizing storage, served on the board & whatever else came up. He was also a wonderful host always welcoming people at his door!If a few of us got together for a social,Bill loved to be in our midst! I can hear him say”Now bys we got to get together soon!” He always had some good jokes & stories to tell & we sure enjoyed them! He always had a big smile when we’d meet, wanting to know what was happening. Bless his heart,Bill put up a brave & steadfast battle to live, but knew when it was time to move on! Thanks Bill for the privilege of knowing you! Many thanks for the memories that won’t be forgotten! Our sincerest condolences to Ruby & family!!! Angie B.
