Although I never had the pleasure of meeting “Jean McBay” (as she was known through my childhood years), she was spoken of often as she was bridesmaid at my parents’ (Robert and Jean (Lewis) Hutchings) wedding and we still have pictures in our family photo albums of that day! Our beautiful mom passed away in 2014 after a life well lived. Our family sends our sincere condolences on your loss.

So sorry to hear of Jean’ s passing. We remember the times we spent with you, Jean, Linda & Ernie in Ottawa, those were great times. We hope you will be comforted with special memories of Jean, she was a great lady.

Dear Frank, John, David and Dawn,
We were saddend to hear of Jean’s passing. I hold very dear memories from childhoold of my beautiful, graceful cousin. To my young eyes she was like a princess. As the years passed I only caught glimpses of Jean as she visited home with her children and then I moved and we seldom met but kept in touch through family members and the ever faithful Christmas cards that we exchanged. Jean will always hold a warm spot in my heart and memories.
At this very sad time may you be comforted in the prayers and thoughts of your friends and family. We will be thinking of you as you lay to rest a loving mother and wife.
