I am saddened to hear about the passing of Aiden. My condolences to all the Craig extended family. A life taken way to early. Rest In Peace Aiden

My heartfelt condolences to the Craig families. So sorry to learn of Aiden’s recent death. RIP.

To the Craig family, sorry to hear of Aiden’s passing, he left a great legacy in the Atlantic, with all the people he encountered, business partners he made, many of which turned in to friends. Working from the West Coast most of my interactions with Aiden were by email or phone, but you always left the conversation feeling happy and task at handed was accomplished. The few times I met him in person he was always a happy person and pleasure to be with.

I am shocked to see that Aiden has passed. Our deepest sympathy is sent to Aiden’s family. Barry and I both worked with Aiden at Gil Wilkins’s Honda years ago. He was such a caring and loving person and loved Kim so much back then as well. I am sure he was a wonderful father for he loved children and had such a fun attitude. It brings me sorrow to know he is gone. Happy memories and thoughts, take care.

Kim, Kyle, Emily, Riley and family, our sincere condolences. I was so sad to hear of Aiden’s passing, we all have such fond memories of times spent together. May you find peace in the days and months ahead.
Love to you all,
Joanne, Aidan and Christian

My deepest condolences to you all.

He will be missed and not easily forgotten.

I cannot tell you anything you don’t already know, that Aiden was kind, and funny and a great person to know and speak with. I think the measure of a life well lived is the amount of people who miss you when you go and in that I think Aiden was a very rich man.
God Bless.

My deepest sympathy to all of the family,

We got to know Aiden and his family through work and school related functions. Many great memories at the annual Terra Nova Golf Event.

HI Kim, I just wanted to reach out and pass on my deepest condolences to you and Aiden’s Family on his passing.. As you know, Aiden and I have been friends since 1986 when he left Tip Top Clothiers to come work in the car business at Penney Autohaus. We were fast friends and spent a great deal of time together in the early years and always kept up on each others careers and family milestones. I was crushed when I heard of his diagnosis but Aiden always kept a positive attitude. when we spoke. There are very few people in the world that I count as friends but Aiden was one of them… His no bull, “call it as it is” approach to life was an attitude we always had in common and e mutual respect grew from there.. He had a true entrepreneurial spirit and a great business sense that I have always admired. While long times would often pass between our talks but when we did connect it was like we never went out of touch at all. Above all else he was a Great Man and a TRUE Friend to me and for those reasons alone he will be sorely missed…

Sincere condolences to Aiden’s family on his passing.. Very sad news and gone much too early. Aiden was one of the good guys in life. I don’t think anyone had a bad word to say about him. Went to St.Bon’s together and played jr baseball against Aiden for a number of years. RIP my friend.

I am so sad to hear of Aiden’s passing, unfortunately the timing did not allow me to get to know Aiden as I would have liked since my arrival in the Atlantic Provinces. However, I remember from my few conversations with him that he was a passionate man who cared about the well being of his co-workers and customers, and I am sure that he was just as passionate about his family. During my 14 years with at iA, I have heard numbers of glowing comments about him, I regret that life did not allow me to know this great man even more. My deepest condolences to Kim Emily, Riley and Kyle.

Kim and Family, please accept my condolences. I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Aiden, but it is apparent that it was indeed my loss. I hope you all find peace in his memory and your love for each other.

For Aiden and Mary, and Roy too: Surprised to see this obit. Makes me realize that life is sometimes cut short, and too treasure the memories of those we’ve met over the years.

Oh dear Aiden. I am so sad to hear of this. Just one of the sweetest people I have ever known in my life. Please accept my best wishes to Aiden’s Parents and his family. I am truly Sorry to hear this. Rest in Peace my Dearest Friend. Derek Collins

Condolences to Aiden’s family and friends. We didn’t know one another well but I knew him most of my life, having grown up a block away from his house on Fleming Street. I always found him to be a friendly guy. More recently, we dealt with one another in our professional lives as he developed some new houses on Fleming Street. This news is a shocker – makes me think about how short life can be, and how important it is to enjoy and support our families and friends. Sorry for your loss.

Thinking of you Kim , Kyle, Emily and Riley. And family. I have many great memories of Aiden. He was always around to drive myself and Kim to social events. A man who always had a smile. He loved his family very much. Very dedicated husband. He has supported his family through the ups and downs that life presents. Within the last year he was dropping of a parcel to my house from Kim. It was a snowy day. I heard the shovel on the step. He was cleaning my walkway before he left. This was a time he was receiving treatment and very fatigue. He always thought of others before himself.

So very sad to hear about this. My sincere condolences 💔

To all of Aiden’s family. I knew Aiden through work at Woodward Motors. He was only a phone call away to help with matters when a problem arose. During his visits to the dealership we would always move from the topic of work to the topic of most importance to the both of us, and that was of family. He would update me on his children and I would update him on mine. We would share our likeness of getting away to the cabin and spending quality time as a family or just the pure relaxation. Aiden Sir, you will be missed, God Bless you , may you Rest in Peace. On behalf of my family to Aiden’s family may you find comfort in great memories, please accept our deepest condolences.

Uncle Aiden, Aunt Mary & Family,
So sorry to hear of Aiden’s passing. Sending our thoughts & prayers to all of you during this sad & difficult time.

To the Craig family – We are saddened to hear that Aiden has passed. He was a great human. I spent many games at the many hockey rinks around town chatting with Aiden as Cole and Riley played hockey. Please accept our deepest condolences.

Sorry to hear of this sad news, We played ball with the Feildians Junior baseball teams in the early 1980’s, Aiden was always a team player, a wonderful well spoken individual. Our paths would cross a couple of times a year and the conversation always went back to those summers. RIP my teammate/old friend.

Funniest memory of Aiden was at the Feildian Grounds Baseball diamond during a try-out. As I stood on deck waiting for my turn to have a few swings, I get this tremendous jolt between my shoulder blades. I hit the ground and thought I was paralyzed. Here Aiden was on double-deck behind me and was taking his rips with a bat that was under-sized, which had 2 donut weights on it. They came off and connected with me. That was our first introduction. Aiden was a super guy and we always recalled that incident and laughed about it when we would cross paths..
Aiden, I am shocked to read this notice and RIP.

I have had the privilege of knowing Aiden for more than 20 years, he’s working relationships were second to none, not only a businessman but an awesome friend. Aiden will surely be missed, and I send my deepest condolences to his closest family friends and beyond. He will surely be missed.

I remember him well from St.Bon’s and Br Rice;.

Indeed, we had last spoken in a rink in about 10 years ago.

RIP Aiden !

To the Craig Family, Jim and I grieve with you and your family on the loss of your wonderful son, Aiden. He was a gift to all who knew him – his kindness, his sense of humor, his gentle teasing nature, his forbearance in pain, his profound love and respect for the members of his extended family, and his ceaseless, untiring efforts to support his children in all their activities and aspirations. His nurturiing spirit will always be remembered, relived, and renewed in the lives of those who have resided within his circle of love. Jim and Maureen Dunne

I am so saddened to hear of Aiden’s passing. My deepest condolences at this extremely difficult time.

Words sometimes escape us on times like this ….it seems like I have known Aiden for a lifetime….his quiet wit…his mischevious smile… his love of family,… and his leadership in the minor hockey world still brings a smile to my face and now a tear to my eye… as I will miss all of that….sending hugs to all the Craig family, and Kim, Kyle, Riley and Emily … sending hugs!

Sending my deepest condolences to Kim, Kyle, Emily, Riley, the Craig’s, Catherine and Judy and their families and all of Aiden’s family! Aiden was a kind and caring person who was always easy to engage in conversation. I recall many conversations with Aiden about our boys and hockey and his passion was so obvious! He was heavily involved with the hockey community, and was recently recognized by HNL with a lifetime contribution award, the Eastern Minor Meritorious Service Award. Sending my love and prayers to all of you as you navigate the road ahead! xo

I’m so very saddened to hear of Aiden’s passing. He was a wonderful person who possessed the gift of humor that made everyone who met him smile. Though I haven’t seen him in years, seeing this now brings back a flood of memories of simpler times. Sending prayers to his family and wishing him Godspeed on the next part of his journey.
