Deepest condolences going out to all of Elaine’s family and friends.Rest in Peace Elaine.
I met Elaine through Jennifer Bates and our love of our dogs. Elaine was also a lover of butterflies. Since I also love butterflies I sent her over 100 pictures on line over the years. I will miss doing so.
Elaine was one of those special people in life that you never forget. She was strong, smart, funny and would tell you how it was. She had so many talents. One was spinning yarn. She spun some of my boy Kimo’s fur into lovely yarn. I will always remember her when I touch that yarn. She started the Newfoundland Kick Ups for Keeshond dogs and other dogs. We had long emails when she was up to it. We will all miss you Elaine!!!
I’m so sorry to hear of Elaine’s passing. We worked together many years ago, but she was such a nice person. Fly free sweet angel.
Elaine and I became instant friends when she called to ask about getting a Keeshond puppy. Two hours later I hung up the phone thinking this woman is special. Over the next 17 years, we shared many adventures,, that involved our dogs and our passion for hand-spun yarns. Thank you, Elaine, for teaching me to spin, convincing me to fence my backyard and for your friendship. How I wish you were still here.
Love, Jenn and the Bijzondere clan
Saddened to see Elaine has passed , I met Elaine through her visits to Kenny’s Pond when your parents both resided there . She is now reunited with her mom & dad and is no longer in pain . Thinking of you all at such a difficult time – hold all your memories close to heart
Condolences to Elaine’s family and friends. She was a lovely neighbour and devoted dog-mom to Nic. May you all find comfort in your memories of Elaine.
