Obituary
Tragically lost, but found, and finally at peace at the age of 29.Ā Predeceased by his great-grandparents John and Margaret Connolly, Victor and Agnes Tucker, Charles and Mary Gosse; grandmother Loretta Tucker.Ā Left with broken hearts and loving memories his loving partner Travis Gleason; mother Margaret Rose Connolly; father Paul Tucker (Delisa Farwell); brothers Joshua Tucker and Kurtis Tucker (Caroline Allyn); loving grandfather Victor Tucker (Linda Phillips); loving grandmother Marie Connolly; Travisā parents Lewis and Loretta Gleason and brother Todd Gleason; special aunt Rose Harding, good family friend Bernadette Puddicombe, and Margaretās special friends Elizabeth Legge and Billy Hanlon.
Brandon will also be remembered by many extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the Gander RCMP detachment and additional detachments, especially Sgt. Turner and Cst. Sheppard, Cst. Katie Greene of the RCMP White Hills detachment for their kindness and support, RNC assistance that was provided, the 103 Gander Search and Rescue team, Rovers Search and Rescue teams and Universal Helicopters for their tireless efforts, and to all the family, friends, and community members who offered their thoughts, prayers, and messages of support during this time.
The family will receive visitors at Carnellās Funeral Home on 329 Freshwater Road on Saturday, August 27 from 11am-2pm.Ā Funeral service will be held from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Saturday August 27 at 2pm with interment to follow with Nanny Tucker in St. Philipās Anglican Cemetery.

He was distraught when 9/11 happened on his birthday, such an event was unimaginable to him and he said it would forever add a sadness to his special day. I’m so sorry for your loss, he left you way too soon. I hope happy memories will be a comfort to you in the weeks and months ahead.

Margaret, I can not put into words how heartbreaking it was to hear about Brandon. I remember Brandon as a happy caring child especially when we visited your house when the boys were younger and they would spend hours playing together, Brandon, Joshua, Kurtis, and Christopher. It was no surprise when he became a PCA. Keep those happy memories in your heart Margaret.
Joshua & Kurtis – I’m sure you are devastated losing Brandon. Cherish all the times you had together. Keep close in your hearts all those times you played together as children. They will be happy memories to cherish forever.

To Travis, the Tucker family and the Gleason family. I cannot begin to understand how you feel. Since the first day Brandon went missing, I followed all posts on Travis ‘ Facebook and joined the group Help Find Brandon. I hoped everyday that he would be found, safe and sound. Hoped that Travis and both families would find the strength to get through each day as at the end of each day there was still no sign. Was broken along with many others following the group each day. I was very saddened to hear that he had been found but glad that at least there would be some closure for his loved ones. I personally did not know Brandon well. Met him once, but I have known Travis for many years and I know how special and important a person he was in his life and the lives of those who loved him. I am deeply sorry for your loss. Hold Brandon’s memory close to your heart. Some day the tears will become smiles of the memories of the person he was and how he touched all your lives. To Brandonās family. I grew up with Margaret Rose, her mother Marie and Marieās parents. As well as Aunt Rose. Once I heard that Brandon was missing I shared his pic every day and sometimes twice a day in hopes that he would be found safe. But alas that was not to be. Since day 1 of early July, I have monitored the updates and kept in touch from many miles away. Even though I could not physically be there, I always kept hope and shed positive thoughts. Why? Because that was what Brandon was all about. Positivity., kindness, patience and laughter.
As our young boys jumped on couches, did karate chops as if they were the true Power Rangers, Brandon was always the funniest, expressive child that was ready to conquer anything in life.
Dedicating himself in a Health Care field of work, speaks volumes of the compassionate individual that he was.
Brandon, you may have left us here on earth, however you will forever shine your light on us!

I have been thinking of Loretta so much since Brandon’s disappearance. I remember at your house one day talking about our families, and she said ” Brandon is so sweet. He is really kind and gentle.” I found him just like that the few times I met him. I’m so glad he will be buried with Loretta. . She absolutely adored him. This has been an awful experience for all of you. Travis, your public plea was so heartbreaking and so heartfelt I know how much we all prayed for a different outcome. But it was not meant to be. I do thank God that Brandon’s body was found so that his loved ones could say a proper goodbye. They won’t have to keep wondering. Brandon is fine now, in a place of perfect peace and happiness.
