My condolences to Cecil’s family. I have memories of him growing up in Portugal Cove as well as in the CLB. RIP Sir.

Sorry to hear of Cecil,s passing. I remember him from my early days in Portugal Cove CLB and had several talks with him in later years. He has fought the good fight.
