Obituary
Passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 83. Predeceased by his wife Sheila (nee Mahoney), parents Frank and Bridget Walsh, siblings Nick, Frances (Doug Shano), John, Bill (Sheila Brandon), Elizabeth (Libby) (Kevin O’Neill). Left with a lifetime of fond and loving memories his children Frances, Craig (Pam) and family, Jackie (Dorothy), Darlene (Doug), Neil (Rita) and family; grandchildren Michael, Candice, Jeanine, Ernie, Kayla, Brooke, and Charlotte; six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; sister Catherine (John Power); sisters-in-law Mary Ryan, and Elizabeth Coady. Cyril will also be missed by a large number of extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff and doctors of 4 South A for their care during his stay, and friend and neighbour Patty.
Cremation has taken place, and a service of committal will be held on Tuesday, March 1st at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest with his wife Sheila.

CY is gone but his memories will live on through the hallways of Kenny’s Park. Thoughts and Prayers are with his family at this time.

So sorry to hear Cyril had passed away. I knew him in his younger days, and he was always kind and courteous to me. He was the neatest man I knew…always a crease in his pants and a shine on his shoes.
We will miss seeing Cyril every week at the store. It was always a pleasure to see him and have a chat. Thoughts and prayers are with his family.
