Predeceased by her parents – Ray & Toni (O’Dea) Picco; her sister – Jackie Picco and brother – Mike Picco.
Deb is survived by her loving husband – Bill Parkes; her sons – Warren, Will (Sarah) and Greg and her grandchildren – Ethan, Brianna, Rebecca and Nathen. She will also be remembered by her brothers – Greg Picco, Ray Picco, Jamie Picco (Lisa) and Paul Picco (Wendy). Deb will also never be forgotten by her best friend for life – Carol Ann Legge.
Cremation has taken place. Public Visitation will take place from Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, St. John’s, NL on Monday, July 28th from 2:00-4:00PM and 7:00-9:00PM. To the Parkes Family,
I met Deborah a number of years ago when I taught her grandchild. She was such a beautiful woman who always had her grandchild’s interest at heart. Our ten minute meeting sessions would always go over because the two of us loved to gab. Sending sympathy and condolences to you all.
Heaven certainly gained another angel.
