Derrick Patrick Earle April 4th 1965- June 24th 2026
It is with heavy hearts we announce Derrick Patrick Earle born April 4th 1965 passed peacefully away after a long hard-fought battle on June 24th 2026 surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his Father John Earle, Mother-in-law Margaret Spurvey and Brother-in-law Ed Carew.
Left to mourn with a lifetime of loving memories his Mother Barbara; Wife Denise; Sons Jeremy (Holly) and Zachary; the centre of his world his precious grandchildren Conner, Tobey and Penelope who will miss their Sunshine and Snuggle Bear deeply; his bonus grandchildren Anthony, Connor and Peyton; Sisters Michelle(Danny) and Corrina (Bobby); Brother Dwayne (Anna); Brothers-in-law Craig (Tess) and Leo; Nephews Travis (Stephanie) and Jared; Special Niece Kirby (Brandon); Nieces Ilana(William) and Hailey (Caleb); Great-Nieces Layla, Gemma and Sophia; Great-Nephew Patrick; Aunt Jen; and many cousins, family and friends who will miss him dearly. As well as his childhood best friend throughout life Jerry (Hog) Squires with whom he shared every up and down along the way, and created a bond like no other that will last a lifetime.
Derrick had a heart of gold and loved hard; there was nothing in this world he was more proud of than his family. He had a deep passion for all things cars and music. Often spending his time customizing the many cars he has had over the years, taking time to make sure each one was exactly what he envisioned, you could guarantee they always had the best radio, and all the bells and whistles. When he wasn’t dreaming about the next car, he was talking about and collecting music. He had a record collection that could rival most and a sound system that could throw any concert. There was rarely a song he didn’t know, and he loved talking to anyone about what he was passionate about. His passion, love and keen sense of humour will be missed by all who knew him.
A special thank you to the nurses and staff at the L.A Miller centre for their compassion and care in Derricks final days.
Cremation has taken place at Derricks request. With a celebration of life with family to take place at a later date. As Derrick always said live life to the fullest and take nothing for granted as this time is precious.

Dear Denise and Family, we just heard the sad news of Derricks passing. We are thinking of you as you go through this difficult time.Although we haven’t seen him for a long time, Derrick was a friendly and respectful guy. We always enjoyed our chats with him.

Derrick was a big part of our lives when he was in Ontario. Bob shared many precious times with him. You could always count on him when needed. He consoled me while going through a rough time.
