Dear Mac.
Long ago and faraway you shared the barracks at Kenna’s Hill with Jim. I knew Diana was a General grad as am I with me leaving by 1060..
Diana sounds like a wonderful person. “The 2nd man” is a laudable achievement which I’m sure came second to her life as a wife and mother..
We moved to several places in Canada with the RCMP. We are now in BC…
Our sympathy to you and the family.
God bless

We can but hope that cherished memories and support of others at such difficult times can in some small way help. From the Northern RCMP family, we are thinking of you all. Jeff

So sorry for your loss. I enjoyed my chats with a fellow General Hospital School of Nursing. Alumni. She remembered what the core of nursing is and I’m sure she was a competent, compassionate nurse.

Much love Marty McGregor.

Greg and Boys and extended Family Members, Our condolences on the passing of your lovely wife and Mom. My first introduction to Diana and Greg was many moons ago at the Kelly’s. home with my late husband Rory..Diana did indeed brighten up the room.that evening , leaving me hoping we would meet again. Fond memories indeed, at that party , and many to follow through the years.. And then the pleasure of meeting the McGregor sons in later years. Distance keeps us from visiting with you. Keeping you close in thought as you grieve your loss and celebrate Diana’s life. Hugs

Uncle Greg and family, my heart breaks for you all! Your loss, is also our loss and Aunt Diana will surely be missed! I do not remember much about my childhood, but I do have a very fond memory of Aunt Diana piercing my ears when we came to visit! It was when you were living in Corner Brook. Dad said no, but she knew I wanted them done. Aunt Diana and mom were ok with it, so she did them! It didn’t even hurt! I still wear earrings and always remember her when I put them on! I Love you sweet Aunt Diana. May you RIP!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. Aunt Dee was an amazing woman and will be missed. May God give you strength to get through this difficult time. xoxo

Mac and families….It’s been many years since I used to check in with you while you and Diana were in Labrador on the the old Single Side Band Radio in the ’60’s but I remember those times very well. I know that you will be going through some difficult times now with Diana’s passing, but remember that a lot of your old friends are praying with you and walking with still after all these years.

Robert, Glenda and Family;
We are very sorry to learn this sad news. Please accept our most sincere condolences.

Greg and family. I am very sadden to hear of Diana’s passing. I well remember my summers at Bonne Bay in the company of Diana. We passed time together, walking and exploring. We also fished off our Grandfathers wharf and I credit Diana with saving my life after I fell into the water. She alerted my uncles, who fished me out. So, I am here because of her and often think of that period in my life.
My condolences to you Greg and family.

Bud Rowe.

Dianne was my friend. I enjoyed her company so much. She was the ultimate hostess. I will never forget her breaking out in song at our dinner parties. She loved her family so much and waited for them before she left on her final journey..}set your sails Dianne….you’re on your way We will miss you. Barb and Mike

Very sad to hear of Diana’s passing. Diana is my friend, Rob’s, mother. Growing up in Pleasantville, St. John’s I remember Diana as being a very sweet, patient lady who trusted me to take her baby boy Andrew, who was around 2 yrs old at the time, for motorcycle rides with just a hockey helmet on. She bandaged me up after I seriously cut myself doing something stupid with no judgement, and to this day when I hear of the kindness of nurses I always remember Rob’s Mom Diana. I know what she means to Rob and her family and she will be dearly missed.
