Obituary

Donald Clayton “Bud” Rose, age 79, passed away peacefully at The Miller Center, in the presence of his wife, Stella.

Predeceased by his parents, first wife, two children, three sisters and one brother.

Leaving to mourn, his wife Stella (nee Gambin) of 39 years, daughters Tammy Butt (Kurt Butt) and Stella Gambin (Robert de Boer), four grandchildren – Timothy, Kristopher, Johnathan, and Joost, two great-grandchildren – Lincoln and Charlotte, as well as a circle of relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place. A graveside committal service will be held on July 2nd, 2021, at 2 p.m. in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Donations in his memory may be made to the War Amps.

So saddened to hear of the passing of Bud. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time.

His passing will leave such a void in your lives, but I take comfort believing our parents are reunited, and picking up right where they left off so many years ago! Cherish your memories and keep the love he had for all of you in your hearts! That is the best way to honour him and make him proud! Love you all!
