Justin & Family,
Our sincere condolences to you & your family during this sad time.

I am saddened to hear of Dr. Boulay’s passing. I have many memories of visiting the clinic and Dr. Boulay finishing the examination but taking time to have a chat about sports, how school was going and what was new since the last time he saw me. When Dad told me today of the sad news, the first memory that came to mind was when I was very young seeing Dr. Boulay drive into the club parking lot in his small car, with a great big Newfoundland Dog sitting next to him. From that day forward, Dr. Boulay seemed so much Larger than Life. My Condolences for your loss.

Shocked to just discover that Dr. Boulay has passed away. We send our condolences to all the family.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mrs. Boulay, Andrea and Justin

I’m so sorry to hear about Dr. Boulay’s passing. I haven’t seen you in a lifetime but you were my second family. and I’ll always remember and appreciate all the love and support Dr. Boulay showed me….at least when Justin and I popped up from the basement long enough to talk to people and get that support. I guess I should also say how much I appreciated your patience with us regarding the endless hours of anti-social video gaming. I learned so much from Dr. Boulay over the years . I think he even taught me how to use my first computer and now I teach computer science. I’m at a complete loss to describe as to how much Dr. Boulay and your entire family means to me. He was integral to me becoming the man I am today.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family and I wish I could be there..

Georgina and family:
Although our paths have not crossed in many years, I still have very fond memories of our days sailing together, in Ccnception Bay and beyond., probably in the late 1970s. Luc was always in fine spirit, ready to tackle another voyage as part of the fleet. His smile was really quite infectious, it lit up the seas, not just the salon or galley.

I am sorry for your loss. Hopefully the memories of Luc will carry you through this difficult time. Hug each other a little more tightly and give thanks for the years you all spent together.. For all of us, life is but a moment in time.

I will remember him. Fair seas, Luc.

I had many road trips with Dr.Boulay for eye clinics and always enjoyed the many conversations we had along the way.
He also enjoyed his lengthy chats with his patients. He would say, “ Colleen if I get too far behind with patients please buzz me because I talk too much sometimes. “
I am very grateful to have had the chance to work with Dr. Boulay.

Georgina, Andrea and Justin, we are so sorry to hear of Luc’s passing. I have very warm memories of his larger than life presence and personality. I’ll always remember him for his drive, sense of humour and tender character. We share the same name and I have fond memories of confusing airport and restaurant staff whenever I made my way to St. John’s. On more than one occasion, people would say “Hey, did you know that there is another Dr. Luc Boulay here?”. I would always proudly declare, “Yes, he’s my uncle”! You’ll be missed Uncle Luc.
