My Condolences on the passing of your Mom

I would like to say a farewell to Nanny on her life’s journey and belief in the words of St Francis prayer:
“It is in dying that we are born to eternal life”.

Our belief reassures that we will be reunited with her, through faith by our creator’s triumphant resurrection over death!

And in the words of Alfred Lord Tennyson poem, “Crossing the Bar”, we wish her a happy voyage for her eternal reward with her redeemer.

Crossing the Bar

Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,

But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.

Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;

For tho’ from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.

To the family of Elaine,
Having known Elaine as a neighbour for many years, and more recently whilst visiting our Mother Doreen Facey at Kenny’s Pond Retirement Residence, we extend to you our sincere condolences. Elaine asked Mom to come and join her and two other ladies at the table in the dining room, which made Mom feel very welcome. Sadly they are all gone now. It is our hope that after a long and healthy life, they are all enjoying eternal life in the nearer presence of God.
Anthea and Michael Donnan.
