I had only met Fraser a handful of times, but each time we spoke, it’s like we knew each other for years.
One day he told me that life is what you make it and that he’s never had a bad day in his life. He also mentioned how much he loved to dance. I hope he’s dancing wherever he is now.
He was a great man and I’m sure he will be greatly missed. My condolences to the whole family and all that knew him.

One of my earliest memories of Uncle Fraser was when we would all pile into his car and he would give us a run to our elementary school. In later years, I enjoyed the occasions when we would talk about his garden. Please accept our deepest condolences. I know that he will be dearly missed.

I love and will miss Uncle Fraser. I had the privilege and joy of seeing him several times since coming back to St. John’s in July 2024. His big smile will be forever etched in my mind and very special Clark Family memories. I am sure he is smiling down on all that loved him and dancing up above us.
My sincere condolences to Fraser’s family on the loss of a real force of nature. I have known Fraser through my previous life in telecommunications . When I was hired as a sales rep for Northern Telecom, one of my clients was CNT and a key contact for me was Fraser . He was always so accommodating to me as I knew very little about the business and Fraser was a mentor to helped me greatly as I gained a foothold in that complex business. I had the pleasure of dealing with Fraser for close to three decades . He had a superlative sense of humour while at the same time being very attentive and sensitive of the needs of others . RIP my friend
