Passed peacefully away on Sunday, January 19th, 2025, surrounded by his family, Freeman Joseph Hanlon, aged 78 years.
Predeceased by his parents William and Victoria Hanlon; his brothers Arch, Ron, Hubert and Bill; and his sisters Annie, Clara and Mary.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 55 years, Agnes; his son Scott (Tina); daughter Nancy (Rav); his granddaughter Ruby; step grandson Jamie (Logan and Nicole); his special fur baby Riley; special niece Lenora; and his sisters Jocelyn (Peter), Gladys (Albert). Also leaving to mourn a large circle of other family members and friends.
Special appreciation to the Nurses and Doctors of the HSC emergency department for their care and compassion.
Visitation will take place at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.
Funeral service will be held from The Carnell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, January 23rd at 1pm.
Flowers gratefully accepted.
